I am driven by a commitment to inspire curiosity and a lifelong passion for learning in my students. My academic achievements include a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), a Bachelor of Honours in Education (B.Ed. Hons), and a Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.). These qualifications have underpinned my eight years of impactful teaching across primary and secondary schools in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

My teaching journey has been enriched by international exposure, notably through a global exchange program at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, where I deepened my understanding of diverse cultural and educational contexts.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy in Education, I balance rigorous academic research with full-time teaching, further enhancing my ability to view education through a holistic lens. This dual role has sharpened my instructional strategies, enabling me to design engaging curricula, assess student progress effectively, and foster inclusive learning environments where every student feels valued and supported.

The journey toward achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) has been enriched by the exceptional training and support I received from The Academies. Their comprehensive training programs offered practical, hands-on experiences that solidified my ability to manage classrooms, design student-centred learning experiences, and foster an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.

The academies’ unwavering support and collaborative environment have played a crucial role in my professional development. By working alongside dedicated mentors and colleagues, I have been encouraged to continuously refine my teaching methods and embrace innovation in my approach. These opportunities have not only enhanced my ability to inspire and engage students but have also underscored the importance of community and shared learning in education.
