We currently have Leadership Opportunities available at both Upper and Lower Academies.

These roles are additional to our current Teaching vacancies, and are therefore not suitable for anyone without QTS. Each position includes an additional yearly ARA (Academy Responsibility Allowance). 

Year Lead - The role carries an ARA of £5,000. An expression of interest for a specific site can be made. However, successful applicants should be prepared to work wherever they are deployed.

EBacc Lead (Upper Academy) - The role carries an ARA of £10,000.

EAL Co-ordinator (Upper Academy) - The role carries an ARA of £3,000.

Raising Standards Lead (RSL) (Lower Academy)- This is an extended Leadership post with a remuneration of Academy Leadership Scale 4 – 6.
